Shell Scheme Booth Package

Shell Scheme booth includes : Raw space, carpet, partitions, fascia, 2 spotlights, 2 fluorescent lamps, 1kW electricity, 1 information desk, 1 folding chair, 220V/1P outlet, 1 rubbish bin

Raw Space

Only space is provided and installation compoanies are required to use designated company of Songdo ConvensiA.

*Only available for above 18 sqm.

Premium Booth Package

Premium Booth includes: Raw space, carpet, block system structure, 3D logo, graphics, 4 HQI lights, 2kW electricity, 1 information desk, 1 stool chair, 220V/1P outlet, 1 meeting table, 4 chairs

Exhibitor Application

Step 1. Complete the online exhibitor application.

Step 2. Sign and submit the contract.

        (If you submit your application by December 19(Fri), an early bird discount will be applied.)

        (After December 19(Fri), the standard booth price will be applied.)

Step 3. The approved company will be individually notified. 

Step 4. 50% of the deposit is required after the confirmation. 

Step 5. 50% of remaining balance by 30th April 2026
